Silky Beige Dress & My Summer Makeup Routine

Getting ready for the next heat wave

With the temperatures on the rise the next days, I figured I would tell you what makeup look worked for me during the past wave of heat, because no one wants to end up looking like a hot mess just because it’s messily hot out, right? My trusty Estée Lauder Foundation stays in place no matter what, just as the name would suggest, and the Nars Concealer because it just hides it all. I use the contour, blush and Mascara from the Naked on the Run Palette, The Mary Lou-Manizer to keep everything glowing, and the ByTerry Eyeshadow stick because it’s smooth as silk and stays put. The Mac Liptsick in Plumful is by far my favorite color to complement a bronzy look.
Have you noticed the flowy, silky beige dress I’m wearing? I got it as quite a bargain in the Esprit Sale in store (while the boyfriend was browsing their polo shirts), along with the statement necklace you can see in the pictures (it’s not available online but in store you can get a discount on it like I did).

Hitze ist der natürliche Feind jedes schönen Makeups, und nachdem die Temperaturen ja die nächsten Tage wieder ordentlich steigen, möchte ich euch zeigen welche Produkte während der letzten Hitzeperiode bei mir gehalten haben was sie versprechen. Meine Estée Lauder Foundation bleibt genau, wo man sie aufgetragen hat, komme was da wolle, und der Nars Concealer ist ein Alleskönner. Ich verwende die Kontur- und Rougefarbe und die Mascara aus der Naked on the Run Palette, den Mary Lou-Manizer um den gewissen Glow ins Gesicht zu zaubern, und den ByTerry Eyeshadow Stick weil er seidig im Auftrag ist und super hält. Mac Plumful ist meine Lieblings-Lippenfarbe für einen bronzy Look.
Das Kleid in den Bildern habe ich im Esprit-Sale ergattert (während mein Liebster die Poloshirts durchstöberte), gemeinsam mit der Statementkette, die es zwar nicht mehr online gibt, im Shop in der SCS gab es noch einige davon.
